Organizational Behavior, Coaching and Consulting Program at the University of Texas at Dallas’ School of Management

The Organizational Behavior, Coaching and Consulting Program at the University of Texas at Dallas’ School of Management is proud to offer several programs suited for transitioning military, veterans, and spouses looking to advance their professional careers. Our programs are designed for busy adults who need on-the-move access to virtual classrooms and resources. They are taught 100% online by distinguished faculty with real-word experience, and students get the chance to build marketable skills while expanding their network of professional and business connections.

Programs offered include:

Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development: In this degree program, students learn leadership and organizational development concepts and practices, as well as the competencies needed to make professional contributions to the implementation of sustainable strategic change in organizations.

This program is all online and designed for working adults.
