Jonathan Norton, Founder and CEO of Peak Safety Systems and USVCC member, New England Chapter is on a mission to employ Veterans to deliver the safest products to Military and First Responders who serve our Country and Communities.
“This is more than just a product, this is our Mission.” says Jonathan, a former Army Ranger and Combat Veteran, who sees hiring Veterans as a sound business decision because they understand the culture and values of his Customers.
The flagship product, RopeSafe Edge Protection System has been field tested and sold to the FNDY, Navy SEALS, Army Rangers, Green Berets, rope access professionals, Fire and Police Departments across the US and Canada.
“It’s humbling when the most elite Military units see value and purchase this product.” This gives customers confidence that RopeSafe was “developed and tested using the knowledge and experience of US Special Operations Forces,” says Captain Nicholas Fischer, South District Fire Training Officer.
Jonathan has partnered with Conway Shield to continue growth in the Fire Protection Services Market. Jonathan was the recipient of a United States Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract and most notably, the winner of the 2019 Heroes to CEO Grant competition, sponsored by Daymond John, the People’s Share; Bob Evans Farms; and Bunker Labs. He has been featured on Good Day New York and Cheddar with Daymond John.
